For more than 10 years we have existed as a task force to study the situation in the premises with the alleged poltergeist. We are armed  equipment for the study of certain environmental factors and carry out trips to the Russian Federation and neighboring countries.

Let's try to recreate the events that preceded the appearance of the NOZP group. The author of these lines, Georgy Fedorovsky, enthusiastically studied domestic and world studies, which were carefully and clearly described by such authors as Igor Vinokurov, Nandor Fodor and others, and after that, for a couple of years, he traveled to Moscow apartments, where they announced strange activity.

Enthusiasts are attracted to each other. And so it happened with Dmitry Danilov and the coordinator of the Belarusian project "Ufocom" Ilya Butov, who then lived in Moscow. Dmitry Danilov joined NOZP, and a little later Alexander Kramarenko joined our modest company. Many trips were to Belarus, where Ilya Butov had established information channels and where he received data on ongoing and already stopped cases of paranormal activity, which were within our narrow circle of interests. Often the calls came from Penza, where local artist and ufologist Vladimir Kukolnikov invited us to visit their local cases and actively participated in the research himself. From our native Moscow, we also repeatedly received messages, however, the poltergeist often stopped before we had time to arrive (let alone other cities). The desired phenomenon is extremely rare, especially in its authentic form. Even rarer today are people who are truly interested in this topic ...

Our group actually became the successor of another Moscow group - the Poltergeist Ambulance, which had sunk into oblivion in 2011, with the already closed L.L. Vasiliev Parapsychology Foundation. Just in the years of the Foundation's closure, we struck up a contact with its ex-president, Ph.D., MD. Andrey Gendinovich Lee. Accordingly, as in the "Ambulance", we welcome only scientific methods of working with unusual phenomena.

The phenomena we are interested in are rare. That is why, following other colleagues already engaged in this direction, in parallel with operational trips, we began to develop public and archival-historical activities. Our main public project is the "Inexplicable Encounters" discussion club, about which we tell in more detail on the corresponding page of the site . This project allows us to contact the researchers of the past years in order to organize their presentations, and as we get to know each other, we learn many new details from the history of research on anomalous phenomena in Russia and other post-Soviet countries. Sometimes archives are transferred to us for storage, and so did Ph.D. Anatoly Sergeevich Kartashkin, illusionist and author of the book “Poltergeist. The Secret that Came to the House”, first published in 1997 and republished, thanks to the publishing house “Veche” and Stanislav Ermakov, in 2019 with a new title “... a frightening reality” and a new afterword by my authorship.

At the moment, in times of a pandemic, of course, active field research activities have become a luxury that not many can afford. We continue to periodically travel to cases that are relatively close to us, while trying to maintain social distance and all necessary rules as much as possible.
